The DepEd RPMS Manual states that the Teacher's Portolio should be kept simple, neat and well-organized to facilitate an efficient rating process. Once the necessary evidences or Means of Verification (MOVs) have been prepared, they need to be compiled for submission. Assessing the Teacher Portfolio is one of the most crucial process in ensuring teacher quality.
