All Senior High School graduates starting Academic Year 2017-2018 are eligible to enter college regardless of the tracks or strand taken in Senior High School. This is in accordance to the Commission on Higher Education's (CHED) Memorandum Order No. 105, s. 2017 entitled Policy on the Admission of Senior High School Graduates to the Higher Education Institutions Effective Academic Year 2018-2019.
In addition, no grade 12 student or graduate shall be denied acceptance in applying for college entrance examinations in higher education institutions (HEI). This means that senior high school graduates of any track or strand (Academic, Sports, Arts & Design or Technical & Vocational) may enroll to his/her preferred course in any college/university provided s/he passes the admission procedures of the tertiary institution.
