The Bureau of Human Resources and Organizational Development (BHROD-HRDD) has officially released the Electronic Individual Performance Commitment and Review Form (IPCRF) and Online IPCRF Consolidation System for Multi-Year RPMSPPST of Teachers.
The IPCRF provides guidelines on standards of performance and behaviors which lead to professional and personal growth in the organization. The following Key Result Areas (KRA) are highlighted for the School Year 2022-2023:
