Great insights on work immersion and its importance for senior high school students! It’s really valuable to highlight how hands-on experience helps bridge the gap between learning and real industry expectations. One thing I’ve noticed from working with a digital technology solutions company is that students who’ve had immersion experience tend to adapt more quickly to real-world workflows and technical challenges once they start working in tech environments. Encouraging more structured immersion programs can definitely improve career readiness for many learners. Thanks for sharing this!
