Government Employees to Receive 10K SRI Incentive

President Rodrigo Duterte ordered on Monday, December 2, 2019 through his Executive Order no. 19, s.2019 the grant of a one-time Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) at a uniform amount not exceeding Ten Thousand Pesos (P10,000) for each of the following personnel in the Executive Department:
  • Civilian personnel in the National Government Agencies, including SUCs and GOCCs
  • Military personnel and uniformed personnel
This incentive is aimed to recognize and further encourage the unwavering commitment and dedication of government employees in performing their work and continued support and collaborative efforts in the delivery of services to the public.

UPDATE: DBM issues guidelines on SRI grant

The payment of the SRI to all qualified employees shall not be earlier than December 20, 2019.

Dear Mr. President, please include the retired employees in your priorities for such benefits, especially the increase of their pensions. We have been neglected, sir.
